HR Generalist Officer

Key Responsibilities:

Visa & Immigration Management:
Manage the end-to-end process for all employee visas (new applications, renewals, cancellations, amendments, transfers, family visas) in compliance with UAE immigration laws and regulations.
Liaise effectively with government authorities, Free Zones (if applicable), and PROs to expedite visa and immigration processes.
Maintain accurate records of all immigration documents and ensure timely renewals to avoid penalties.
End-of-Service Management:
Oversee and manage the complete end-of-service process, including accurate calculation of gratuity, leave encashment, final settlements, and other entitlements as per UAE Labor Law.
Prepare all necessary documentation for employee clearance and final settlements.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Administer and ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures.
Handle disciplinary actions, including issuing warning letters, conducting investigations (where necessary), and maintaining proper documentation in accordance with company policy and UAE

Labor Law.
Mediate and resolve employee grievances and conflicts in a fair and confidential manner.
Payroll Administration:
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) regulations.
Manage attendance records, leave applications, and deductions for payroll processing.
Address payroll-related queries from employees.

HR Administration & Support:
Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital) in the HRIS system.
Prepare various HR letters, certificates, and documents as required.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support recruitment activities such as job postings, initial screening, and onboarding formalities when required.
Stay updated with changes in UAE labor laws and best practices to ensure compliance.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience in the UAE, specifically with hands-on experience in visa processing, end-of-service calculations, and payroll.
In-depth knowledge of UAE Labor Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 33 of 2021 and its Executive Regulations) is essential.
Proven experience in managing employee relations, disciplinary actions, and policy implementation.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. (Arabic proficiency is a strong advantage).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
